DESCRIPTION

The Medium Size (ABM-MBM) Automated Box-Making Machine is designed for customers who need to make short run quantities of custom corrugated containers. In less than a minute, the MBM box making machine can switch from making tight fitting, standard-slotted containers (RSCs) Regular Slotted Container (RSC)

Versatile programming, accessible through a color touch screen, allows an automated box making machine to re-create specific package designs whenever you need them: 30 different box styles and 1000 different combinations of dimensions can be stored in memory. OPERATION

On the touch screen, select an icon for the style of box blank you want to make. The Medium Size (ABM-MBM) Automated Box-Making Machine leads you, step by step, through the entire process of choosing dimensions, quantity, and tabs for every style. EASY INSTALLATION

The Medium Size (ABM-MBM) Automated Box-Making Machine has sturdy roller casters that make it easy for one person to move. A MBM-60 can fit through a narrow doorway, or down a hall. Once in position, the machine is set firmly in place with adjustable leveling feet. The Medium Size (ABM-MBM) Automated Box-Making Machine uses 9 by 12 feet of floor space when fitted with standard in-feed and out-feed tables.

SAFETY

The lexan hood's interlocking switches will shut down the Medium Size (ABM-MBM) Automated Box-Making Machine if any of its doors open during operation. Manual emergency stop buttons, conveniently located at each corner, are safety features.
